OSU Tackles Sustainable Housing in Honduras

Back in March, we shared a story from Honduras about a partnership between Ohio State University and Larry and Angie Overholt, WGM missionaries in Choluteca. A team of engineering students and faculty had visited a village near Choluteca and came away with a desire to help a family improve their living situation. They returned to the US, planned a home design, and returned in May to help complete the project. Here’s a video recapping the experience:

God uses men and women, children and young adults, with a wide variety of skills on the mission field. This team of engineering students used their strengths in precision and problem-solving to give a needy family a new place to live. Check out this list of available ministry opportunities around the world. Are they waiting for you?
