Solar-powered audio Bibles in PNG

In places where oral or auditory learning is preferred over reading, and where electricity is spotty or nonexistent, how is the Bible distributed?

With nifty solar-powered audio devices! Butch and Leatha Jenkins, missionaries in Papua New Guinea, posted these photos on Facebook. Although Pidgin is the trade language used throughout PNG, there are over 800 native languages spoken. Only 232 languages have the entire Bible or portions of the Bible translated. It is extremely powerful when a person hears the Word of God in his or her “heart language.” The devices below are loaded with a recently translated Bible version in a local language.
