Pray for Nigeria

Crippling heat. Muddy, unpaved roads. Diverse ethnic groups that speak dozens of different languages. Rampant corruption. A long history of clashes and violence between religious groups.

Nigeria isn’t exactly the easiest place in the world to live in. But despite the challenges, it’s clear that God is moving in that country, and West Africa Theological Seminary is one of His tools to bring men, women, and children all across Africa to a saving knowledge of Him. Two WGM missionaries are heading there this summer, Jennifer Bennett and Shelley Chapman. A work team recently spent a week on the seminary’s campus getting their housing fixed up.

Before Jennifer and Shelley embark on this new journey, let’s lift up the nation of Nigeria in prayer.
