Bible seminars draw over 2,000 women in Kenya

Tabitha Ministry is an outreach to Kenyan women that helps to provide for physical needs, with a focus on Bible study. In early July, five seminars were held in five locations that emphasized studying and memorizing the word. Over 2,000 women attended the gatherings.

Check out the Tabitha Ministry’s blog for more details.  Here’s an excerpt from Linda Spreigel:

“Even those standing in the back were actively listening, taking notes, learning how to take a short passage of Scripture and find application in it for themselves.  It was wonderful to see that most of the women had Bibles, and most made a commitment to feed themselves on the Word every day.”
